The Designing New Growth Workshop was developed to help you answer that question. Based on and delivered by the authors of The Art of Opportunity, the workshop provides hands-on experience with a profound, yet practical, framework for strategic innovation.

Your Facilitators

Dr Marc Sniukas ( is a global expert on strategic innovation, organizational transformation and corporate entrepreneurship. Co-author of The Art of Opportunity (Wiley 2016). Co-Founder of Business Model Gallery - The World's Largest Business Model Database ( Marc partners with leadership teams and their organizations to discover opportunities for new growth, develop breakthrough strategies and innovative business models to seize those opportunities and transform their organization to execute the new strategy. 

Jim Kalbach is a noted author, speaker, and instructor in customer experience, design, and strategy. He is currently Head of Customer Success at MURAL, the leading online whiteboard. Jim is the author of two books: Designing Web Navigation (O’Reilly, 2007) and Mapping Experiences (O’Reilly, 2016). He blogs at and tweets under @jimkalbach.
